The Carpathian Jerky — Sticks Range collection redefines the concept of artisanal sausages, merging traditional Romanian charcuterie with modern functional nutrition standards. Unlike classic jerky (made from whole raw muscle), these protein sticks undergo a dual thermal and biological process: the meat is first slow-cooked alongside spices for deep aromatic infusion, and only then controllably dehydrated to achieve a firm, predominantly crunchy texture (85-88%).

The result is a snack with extreme satiety (120g per package), delivering 37g of pure protein with sustained release. Our E-E-A-T commitment remains absolute: natural preservation, 100% sodium nitrite-free (E250), gluten-free and synthetic additive-free. It's the ideal calorie-dense fuel for endurance hiking, intense physical effort or rapid amino acid intake directly at the office.

What is the difference between Sticks and Jerky?

Are they safe if they do not contain nitrites?

Absolutely. We use "starter cultures" and brine salt to preserve the meat naturally, eliminating the need for toxic nitrites (E250).

Are they suitable for Keto?

I amExcellent Low-Carb(2.7g carbohydrates), but contain a small amount of sugar (2.6g) necessary for the fermentation process. For strict Keto, we recommend the Jerky range.

How long are the Sticks valid?

The Sticks Range has a shelf life of2 monthsat room temperature.

Do Yammy Sticks contain lactose?

Yes. Because we use real Gouda cheese, Yammy Sticks contain lactose. The other varieties (Paprika, Maxi) are lactose-free.
